From Vallejo to the PNW, RJ Suave is making major moves throughout the Bay Area rap scene.
Whether he’s in the gym training for his next Muay Thai fight, working on tattooing his next client, at the thrift bins looking for his next big find or in the kitchen cookin up some bomb ass food, you can guarantee that music is never far from Suave’s mind.
What started out as innocent recording of tracks on the karaoke machine at the age of 10 has now blossomed into a full fledged music career. Suave burst onto the scene in August 2019 with the visual for his “Wrong Idea” Freestyle with the help of acclaimed videographer KWelchvisuals.
KWelchvisuals has been one of the main supporters of Suave’s career from day one. The dynamic duo has teamed up on 8 current visuals so far, with another 2 waiting to be released. The combo of Suave’s flow and the visuals have caught the attention of plenty in the game including The Thizzler’s IG page featuring his song “Chess Moves”
One thing about Suave is the man is a machine. Once he gets his mind set on something, his only focus is being the greatest. In nine months time he’s gone from unknown artist, to being featured on Thizzler, to being featured on “Where You Wanna Go” with fellow artists Adrian Milanio and Olivia Escuyos which has amassed 311k spotify streams alone.
To take it one step further, it was also just announced that Milanio and Suave are releasing the “No Calls Remix” featuring fellow bay area artists Iamsu and Nefthepharoah on Friday June 19th.

Whether its his Muay Thai fighting or putting it down in the studio, Suave is constantly honing his craft and its paying off. Not many people make it, but when you want something more than anyone else and are willing to do anything possible to make that something a reality, anything is possible. And for Suave, this is that something.
